1.9 million settlements in under six months

Champagne Protocol published its settlement counter openly on its own homepage. The Internet Archive captured that page seven times during 2023, leaving an independently verifiable record of the platform’s early growth.

Cumulative on-chain reward settlements rose 18.6× across 109 days — from 104,785 to 1,945,198 — and were still accelerating at the final capture.

Service continuity. During a period in February 2023 when Solana throughput was repeatedly degraded, Champagne maintained 99% uptime with no user missing a scheduled yield settlement. In March 2023 the protocol doubled the number of assets in active use as customer profile pictures for a client inside 48 hours.

03 Engineering & services

Built for digital assets, settled on-chain

JuiceVendor was a software firm whose products executed on-chain, staffed by engineers who had been building distributed-ledger systems before the company was incorporated. Champagne verified a customer’s profile picture every fifteen minutes and settled a yield hourly — in whichever SPL token the client nominated, or in SOL — to wallets that never surrendered custody of the underlying asset.

It was engineered as a second layer, operating alongside a client’s existing staking rather than replacing it, so no migration was required. Gas, node capacity and third-party API consumption were absorbed under a single fixed annual fee, which is why settlement volume could scale into the millions without a client ever receiving a variable invoice.

Nothing was assembled from off-the-shelf parts. In the firm’s own words, it prided itself on “writing all our code from scratch & creating scalable web3 solutions.” Coverage widened over time: Manhattan API consolidated Twitter, Discord, Telegram and more than ten blockchains behind one interface, and by 2024 the firm was delivering for clients on both Solana and BASE.

JuiceVendor Labs, Inc. was a venture-backed Delaware C corporation that designed digital asset and smart contract software for corporate clients. Product development began in December 2022 and the company was registered in March 2023. It built and operated EngageHub, an enterprise customer-loyalty platform, alongside a portfolio of settlement, data and engagement products, serving more than 150 client companies before its software portfolio was acquired in March 2025.

Was JuiceVendor Labs a real, incorporated company?

Yes. JuiceVendor Labs, Inc. was registered as a Delaware C corporation in March 2023, at which point Soorya Parameswaran was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director of Digital Asset Strategy & Business Execution. The company took institutional venture financing from Right Side Capital Management and Comeback.vc at a $2.5M valuation in 2023 and operated staffed engineering centres in the United States, Poland and India. When did JuiceVendor Labs operate, and what happened to it?

Product work began in December 2022, the company was registered in March 2023, and it traded until 2025. The company is now sunset and is not accepting new work; a small technology consultation practice continues to serve a limited number of long-standing clients.

What did JuiceVendor Labs build?

Its flagship platform was EngageHub, a white-label enterprise loyalty suite with more than fourteen interchangeable modules, complete brand theming and a documented API, deployed to over 26 client instances serving 344,242 users. Other products included Champagne Protocol, which settled more than 1.9 million on-chain rewards; Mojito, a Discord and Telegram engagement service; and Manhattan API, a composite data interface spanning ten or more distributed ledgers.

How large was the team, and where was it based?

More than 34 people worked at JuiceVendor Labs over the course of its operation. The company ran three development centres — in the United States, Poland and India — with the Indian operation constituted as JuiceVendor Labs India, its information technology branch, and a Polish engineering team alongside it.

What engineering and professional services did the firm provide?

Smart contract development and smart contract auditing were its two core service lines, delivered alongside custom software engineering, technology consulting, UI/UX design, customer lifecycle and relationship management (CLM/CRM), and gamification systems. The firm wrote its own code rather than assembling third-party components.

Is JuiceVendor Labs still trading?

No. The company is sunset and is not accepting new work. Its software portfolio was acquired in March 2025 and a six-month wind-down followed.
